Stainless Steel clutch line
I can get a stainless steel clutch lin made from my workplace. Does anyone know the specs(diameter,pitch,etc.) of the stainless steel clutch line? Thanks

It is not that cheap for me, I have to pay the shipping cause I live in Canada,the exchange rate, and tax to bring it across the boarder. That $22 turns into a $100 really quick. Thanks for the suggestion.

I did mine myself, cost about $25 canadian.
I cut the -3 metal line about 6" front the clutch master cylinder, slid a female -3 flare connector over the line and flare it. Installed a -3 to -3 male to male adapter and ran 3ft of -3 stainless from that to a fitting right on the slave. It was a -3 to 1/8"NPT on the slave. 3 piece, 10 mins of work, noticed A HUGE difference. Clutch pedal feels pro. Its like putting your foot right down on the pressure plate ![]() |

yes bypassing the damper box is great, i highly recommend it, and if you dont have access to flairing tools, just bend the stock line very carefully and go straight to the slave cylinder from the hardline from the clutch master with the SS line.

damn 22 shipped? I just paid 28 shipped from spl parts.com.
oh well, if it gets here soon it will be worth it (waiting on it, manage to rip the stock one during engine swap) |
