King Springs

i have jus finished putting on my springs but what i notice was when i pulled out the two front one's the king springs was only half the length of the stock one's and it was lower by abit but it was noticable, but when i put on the rear 1s the king spring n stock one was the same length is this normal ? i cant tell if my back has been lowered at all.
the place that i bought it told me it was 2inch lower then standard front and back, so is the back springs lowered or what ?
i have already put them on so taking it of would be a hassle,
