s13 ka24de revs up past 3k rpms on start up..video inside

As the title states i have a s13 with ka24de. Just swapped over from my vert to hatch. Everything was working great in vert. Now when i start the hatch. Engine automatically wants to rev way over 3k rpms. Its like i dont have an idle anymore. Any help appreciated thanks!
