Will a head gasket replacement set for a 93-97 Altima work on a 240? They're about half the price on ebay and they're both for Ka's. So is there a difference or are they all the same?

no the head gaskets are different. if you look at the front of the gasket (up where it meets the cam gear area, you'll see a difference in general shape, as well as bolt pattern

There were quite a few variants of the ka, but all of them are a little bit different from each other, much like Honda's B series.
