Question 240sx hatch in major need of help

Ok I have several 240s 3 95's and 1 1990 hatch and 1 1992 coupe. I took an engine out of one of my 95s and dropped it into my 1990 with the wiring harness and ecu from the 92, the car runs rich as hell the car floods out as easy as a muscle car its ridiculous it runs great even with nitrous and all but runs so rich i have to change the plugs out all the time. Im getting close to getting rid of it and going to a swap ca or rb or sr not sure yet alot of great nissan engines just different designs leaning more towards the JDM ca for my 1990 car and doing the rhd swap as i have a shop at disposale. I just dont know whats wrong with it right now though and dont know what to do about it. the only reason i chopped my other cars up for this is cause i have so much stuff done to my hatch and it doesnt even run good to drive daily. I just really need some advice, sold my 95s14auto for 1600 to a buddy to get extra cash for a swap anyone have any ideas? I checked the injectors pump regulator etc other computers etc.. the only thing i have different is a 95 afm but it did this with the old 92 one also. im all bug'd out on this one, will a nology power core help any?
