I'm curious the difference between a hicas hub? First i've heard of this.

the horn on a hicas car is differant, thats why you see there is that wire with the connector, its to make the horn work.

if you use a hub that dosent have that on a hicas car the horn wont work, youll have to do some janky splicing into where that little plug is.
