q45 tt axles on helical lsd?

Seems like in order to use the stout axles/hub combo one needs to use q45 diff half shafts? Anyone know if there's a way to use a helical lsd w/these cv shafts?

The problems I foresee is the 3 ear diff outputs from a helical obviously won't bolt onto the 5 ears from the stout cv shafts and the q45 diff half shafts won't spline w/the helical diff.

So I'm wondering if anyone's made some Frankenstein setup by maybe taking apart the cv shafts and swapping ends.

I believe the helical uses and oddball spline count.

People do just modify the half shafts by lathing off the existing flange and welding the necessary flange one.

Or possibly an adapter, contact maverick motor sports

I heard that the R32 MLSD works in the 90-96 model Q45 diff but haven't tried it myself.

I'm thinking about eventually putting in a R230 diff with 3.13 ring & pinion, then I could use an OBX helical diff. My old OBX helical diff handled so much better than the Q45 vlsd and I'm about to be making a lot more power than I was before.
