1990 S13 coupe LT1 AND T5 swap questions...

Hello my name is chance I've been browsing around this forum for awhile now it has given me a lot of required knowledge but I still have a few questions that have yet to be answered. So yes I am running a LT1 and yes I know that the T5 tranny is poop for this application blah blah blah don't care sorry now what I need to know is I plan on running a hydraulic throwout bearing instead of the slave and pivot arm and shit should save me some time and i aleady have motor mounts and tranny mounts fabricated and installed I am ordering a custom oil pan and what I really need to know is wiring and fuel delivery issues. This car is me and my roommates and I'm the more gear head out of us two but he picked up a nice lt1 for us and all the clutch components too but no wiring harness or ecu Nothing just all the stock sensors are still in the engine so would buying a wiring harness with ecu for the same exact stock application from eBay or so be a bad idea? I've never wired up any engine before let alone custom gauges and fuel delivery but I can do everything else on the car as long as she starts and runs that's all I need.
