i need S13 hicas eliminator bar asap. havent been able to find one sooo if someone has one and wants to get rid of it i am ur guy. thanx hope to hear from someone soon

I have a Hicas elm kit, but it's not the bar. its the japan kit that have the two ring to attach to the bar and also have a smaller computer to overwrite it.
