I ordered a radiator off rockauto. My car is a 5spd, the replacement came with 2 ports near the bottom for what I read was the transmission cooler on automatics. Can I use this radiator without plugging those ports? Is it a separate loop?

Of course you can, yeah the trans fluid stays separate from the coolant. Ideally haha

totally separate loops, you could also use that loop for a p/s cooler
