I went to check my oil today and I could take the dipstick out fine but when i went to place it back into the little pipe I had to fight with it. Like something was obstucting it or something. I pulled it out again and tried again and I have to use two hands to jam it down in there. Anyone have a similar problem ?

it's just that the pipe is curved. Just twist it when you're putting it back next time.
Forcing it is dumb, as you'll end up breaking something.
