As title states , looking for a s14 kouki , preferably black or red

AC and heat is a must , I plan to daily this and don't want to freeze or sweat my ass off.

Don't care if it's Ka or sr if it has AC and heat
5 speed and decently clean would be nice
No project cars , was to jump in and drive it
Price range of around 8-9k
