Anybody that has a genuine greddy intake manifold, this is a question for you. Is this normal casting? This is a photo of the "worst" runner, but it really isn't all that bad. Just wanted some first hand experience as i paid a good amount of money for it.

its cast, it has casting marks. Sand it out if you want./

That's what i figured. Not sure how anything cast can be "perfect"

Reading up on the subject of fakes vs genuines, people make it seem as though the genuine greddys are immaculate.

that line is the parting line when the intake manifold was casted. i believe the intake manifold was sand casted from a mold. what i did with my mine i sanded it down and port matched it to my head. most people here would not know the difference in a poor casted part from a good part. especially those who have no experience
