i know most of you might tell me to buy a set of 2400 ones and just save up to buy some but I was wondering if anyone had a set they particularly liked? I was looking at the HE's right now and if all else fails thats my pick. So let me know if there are a better set for the money.

is there more to it than KTS or SPL....I want a good drift set up (no circut masters) so pretty stiff and camber adjustment(front)... what sort of adjustments should i look for on a dampener?

the d2's are pretty good for around a grand but if you want to spend around 400 more the silk roads are pretty tasty. i juss ordered them yesterday. cant wait!!

Actually the best buy for the price is the Kei Office TE's. I've got them for $1254.00 for the S13 and 1311.00 for the S14. Not trying to plug myself too much but they are the best out their. imho. The main reason people used to count them out is that they where rarely available in the US and when they did import a set or two they were expensive. We carry most of the line in stock now so the waiting thing is n/a and we have worked out US pricing with Kei Office to make them cost effective for most people. </pug>

IIRC Kei Office uses KYB shocks and they arent rebuildable. Also ppl i talked to that had them werent happy with them.

I don't know where you got your information from but Kei Office does not use KYB shocks. They are also FULLY rebuildable. I will soon be able to send any Kei Office suspension to the new factory here in the US and have them rebuilt. As far as people not being happy with Kei Office the ONLY time I have ever heard of someone not being happy with them is when the person never bothered to dial them in. Kei Office is known for being very adjustable which means that you have to put in the time to set them to your taste. If you don't take the time, or don't know what your doing you need springs and shocks, not coilovers.

For the S13 it's 7kg for the front and 6kg for the rear. The S14 is 8kg front and 7kg rear. The ride height adjustment is ~30mm-~70mm for both.
