yes they hold in a slight better I guess.. more comfortable... yet you sit just a tid bit higher then s13 seats, but that could be due to old worn saggy seats.

alot better compared to s13 seats. more comfortable and holds in you a little better.

Look at this.... Repost, but look here. Personally, I like the S14 seats, look better, and do hold a bit tighter.

i have a set, FAR FAR better than the S13 seats... they hold you in much tighter and offer much better support for keeping you from sliding side to side... they are also much more comfortable; my back doesnt sag as much with S14 seats...

I have them in my race 240 and daily 240. i have them in the daily cause they are so much more compfortable, they are in the race 240 because they sit low and hold you reasonabily well(especially when paired with 5 point harnesses....

more comfy definitely.
no more sore backs, at least not as bad as in the 1 piece crap seats.
You will still slide around though, if that is a big concern, go with r32 seats or aftermarkets.

definately worth switching. I love mine. Try to find some junkyard that has a set. You can usually get them for a good price. I got my for $80. And they are in perfect condition.

if you dont want back problems, go with ANY s14, s15 or if you have the cash and resources R32, R33, R34 seat. They are all superior to S13 seats.

I got threw a pair in my S13 last week and I love them. Sooo much better than S13 crap seats. My back doesnt hurt after long drives and there isnt a metal bar that grinds into my back anymore. Hold better too.

S14s definitely better than S13 seats. My back used to hurt with the S13 seats on long drives. I had to use a back cushion for long drives... S14s holds you in better too. Grippier fabric (at least the kouki SE ones) and bigger side bolsters. Does sit a bit higher but not that bad.

No disadvantages over S13 seats but depending on how much you want to spend, some aftermarket seats will be a lot better at higher cost of course.

The S14 seats lacks good leg support (trade off for comfort) and no shoulder bolstering.

Well I have a 88 S13 and the seats that were in that were nice and held well but they were old and needed to be retired. Well I have since upgraded to S14 seats that I took from well my S14 since I put R34 GT-R seats in my S14. The 14 seats are pretty nice but the GT-R seats are better, did I mention I have an extra set of R33 GT-R seats hmmmmm well that is my thought.
