Just picked up this S13 and the previous owner had these 2 wires clamped and connected to the positive terminal. He said he has to unplug the battery or it will drain, so I'm trying to figure out how this wiring originally was to eliminate this issue. Figured id start here with this. Does anyone know what these wires are for and how they originally tie in with the harness? Thanks

is that body power and if so should go to the main fuse...

you might have broken open wire some where that causing battery to drain. Positive wire have red plug connector and 2 plug have terminal inside to plug into it. Those wires help start car.
