as some may know im on a restricted license for a dui charge @ virginia tech last aug, it was friends 21st birthday on mon night and i was the DD, well i got pulled over for the n1 exhaust and i was not driving under my restricted terms, i thought the cop would be cool becasue i was driving a drunk home and we showed my friends license that said he had just turned 21 two hours prior but nope, he was your normal fairfax county cop, a dick

so the car is impounded for 30 days and it looks like i wont be driving a 240 for the next year or so, sad part is is that i work full time and go to school full time, both of wich are 20 min away, so basicly im fcked, i really dont know what to do, re-enlisting the army crossed my mind, but i dont really even want to think about it, i have a meeting with my lawyer at 2 , but all my friends work so i cant even get a ride to meet with him, i never thought this day would come, i am royaly screwed, maybe even facing jail time <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> i guess we will just have to see what happens on may 2 in court,
