S14, Front strut bar, passenger tower as a interfering bolt

There is a bolt on my passenger strut tower that seems to interfere with teh strut tower brace...the directions don't mention this.

Anyone know?

Strut tower is 3 bolts, strut tower brace is 3 bolts. You gotta loosen the parts in the strut brace that flexes. Then slip it on. It took some patience and some pushing. It didn't just slide on for me, either.

But, it just sort of went on after I had said the magic word. Then tigten the strut nuts down. Then tighten the flexes on the strut tower brace.
