this is the ignitor chip bracket, the wastegate solenoid is on the bottom of this bracket, but what does this thing do????

Looks like a canister purge to me.

btw. looking at that blurry pic gives me a headache.

it's the JDM flux capacitor. It lets you boost to infinity psi while still getting 30+ mpg

Only works in Japan, though.. may as well throw it away.
