KA ACCEL. problems

Hey fellow zilvians . So yeah i just recently bought a clutch kit and replaced everything and also bought a new master and slave which i just installed tonight. PROBLEM: My car drives fine if i dont floor the car or press the gas aggressivly but if i press the gas hard or floor it my car revvs and gains no speed. It kind of like the car is missing but it been working fine for a week . Does anybody have any sugesstions as to wth is going on. IF u need more info just ask

you need to baby the clutch for the first 500 miles. if not, your asking for trouble. you may be okay at this point. or, your disk might shatter in another 50 or so miles.

Did you resurface your flywheel when you put in the new clutch? Didn't touch the flywheel with your greasy / oily hands while installing it? Did you readjust the clutch pedal / push rod after you installed the new master & slave clutch cylinders??
All these factors could lead to a slipping clutch after replacing the old one.

i had similar issue, it wound up being the sleave that the release bearing is on, for some reason mine was worn funny on the inside & would not release all the way with the new clutch so it always slipped a little. fix was new release bearing sleave & tranny front cover which was also worn funny as a result of this

haha i bet itll seem like cake after this one for sure. This last time was the first time i had ever replaced a clutch before, but luckily my dad has done it before so he helped me
