Yo, got my hands on some sweet manual seat belt interior trim pieces and what do you know, I didn't read enough lol.

Im looking for the headliner, and the o shit handle bracket. I'm in San Diego, but I'll drive a couple of hours to pick one up.

USDM is short about 1" each side to accommodate the automatic belt rail.

using JDM/CDM pillar trim pieces ends up with the USDM headliner not covered all the way.

source: ran into this problem in 2001 when I ordered JDM trim for my 240SX coupe. Currently own a CDM S13.
