I Need Help With OEM Keyless Entry Failure After Turbo Timer Install

Ok, I've been having this problem for a while now and never got around to asking if anyone else has came across this problem. After installing my HKS turbo timer back in March, I was messing around locking my doors with the OEM keyless remote and flashing my lights while the car was still running counting down, after a few flashes it just stop responding to the lock command then I realized the keyless remote couldn't give the locks any commands, since March I've been using the key to unlock the doors. I've looked over all of my fuses, but I've yet to check my relays, maybe that could be it, I'm just asking to see if anyone has came across this problem and what should I definetely look over. Hopefully its not a big problem.

Hmm, mine alarm was working fine the 1st few days with the turbo timer installed, but I never tried to lock it while it was counting down, and when I tried, I noticed the dorrs locked and the lights flashed, and then I made them flash again, and then when I tried one more time to make them flash again, that's when it stopped and now it doesn't respond the remote anymore. I also noticed today that my anti-theft relay and fuses are good, but seems like I've lost my factory alarm function. I tried setting my alarm off by opening the locked door from outside and it doesn't sound the horns, nor does it keep me from starting the car. I have the HKS S14 turbo timer harness installed, could that have somehow given me problems even though it worked in the beginning? I'm assuming its the theory of me trying to activate the alarm (which would keep the car from starting) while the car was running and it might have fried something, but what?

s14 Remote problem

It sounds like a factory safety event that will not allow the car to be locked remotely while the motor is on. Since theoretically the car thinks the keys are in the ignition. So the remote lock must be de-activated when engine is on. The number one priority here is that a car owner does not get locked out when the engine is running. So it is logical to think that it is being de-activated when the engine is running.
