If I were able to get 90-96 Nissan 300ZXTT or NA front and rear hub/spindle assembly, could I use Nissan 300ZX coilovers?

Reason is because im trying to go 5 lug for a cheaper price.

Is the suspension front and rear of the S13 240SX and Z32 300ZX the same as far as the top of strut tower mounts?

You need to do some more research.

Nothing from the front of a Z32 will work except the tension rods.

In the rear, everything will swap over as long as it's an NA. TT model have larger axles and a HICAS rack in place of the toe arm.
