Thumbs up The hits just keep on comin'

Yeah, that's my $12.99 Z32 MAF.

In the last two months, I've picked up a J30 6-bolt LSD for $32.99, 26mm aluminum calipers for $25 each, and now the Z32 MAF for $12.99. All 3 combined I got for less than most go for individually. I've got to keep hitting this place up!

Just a U-Pull It junkyard. They don't individually price things. It's just a set price for the component. Like all MAFS are $12.99, valve covers are $6, Differentials are actually $50 but they messed up and only charged me for the center section instead of the whole pumpkin. OHV cylinder heads are $44.99, complete engine w/no accessories is $179.99. Trannies are $99.99. You just got to look for the stuff that has value. They don't inventory their parts. They just buy the whole junked car for a set price and set it in the yard for the pickings.

are you talking about the U-Pull-It on international speedway the other side of 95? i went there, also found some sweet 240 stuff. bought the 89/90 lip for 13.99 and bought an aftermarket hi power electric fan that was installed in a 240 for 12.00

i just wish there was some way to access their inventory

Brake master cylinder is still on there... EVERYTHING is on there. complete interior, etc... Only thing missing on the car is the battery and cat converter...and those for legal reasons.

Yes, that is the one. Unfortunately they do not even inventory the cars either. They used to have a book out front that said what the year/make/model car was in there but because their inventory changes so frequently, they don't even do that anymore.

They don't have crap for 240s... just a couple of SOHCs... I got the MAF off a '93 J30.

what does swapping the mafs from a J30 or a z32 do for an s13? i've heard of a lot of people talking about this and didn't understand what purpose it served. thanks for the help. just another noob trying to figure it all out little by little.

Just allow a lot more airflow. On a stock KA it won't do anything. But if you were to turbo the KA or use it on an SR, RB, CA etc... it will eliminate boost cut from MAF overrun and give you about a 450HP ceiling to work with. Plus, the Z32 MAF is 3" wide as opposed to the stockers on the other motors which are pretty small in comparison and can be a restriction.
