Tein HE question

I have not had alot of time to mess with them, but I was talking with a friend and he told me that the HE's are not ment to SLAM the car Infact they were only ment for Drift settings. Now I knew that the He's were ment drifting,so my question is How low can you go with these without messing with the spring rate or the Ideal settings for drifting (or how low can I set them without the car riding like shit)
