Exclamation SR20 powered 240Z, Wont start when cold!

I have a 98 SR20det in my 71 240Z. We put it in with the SR20 harness and a Painless switch/fuse box for the fuel pump and ign. Also have a SAFC amung other things. Problem is, the car will NOT start when its below 38 degrees out. The car will crank and crank untill the batt is dead or the plugs foul, which ever comes first. I'll maybe get a few little start stumbles but nothing more. When its 40+ degrees outside, the car starts within 8 seconds of cranking, when its 60 outside she starts up no problem. The car runs, idles and drives/races perfectly once started. Can you guys list some ideas of why this maybe?

I have a full race inline SX fuel pump, its huge, and you can hear it from 10 feet away. I have it run off a switch. My fuel pressure reads 2bar when cranking. Any ideas will help add to my troubleshooting, Thanks!

Most likely it is the orange wire coming off the ECU ( Start Signal wire ) Sorry don't have an exact pin location but this wire will prime the motor ( more important when cold ) so that she fires right up. Nice looking project BTW.
