selling a brand new 2way nismo lsd for s14 open diff. or if anyone knows anyone that will trade an open diff for a vlsd. the people i bought the lsd from sent me the wrong one and wont exchange it back. so im really looking for someone with an open diff or maybe they will trade me their open diff and give me some money, and i will give them my vlsd. any takers. if you have aim just get at me at genki580 thanks

i think what hes saying is he has VLSD and they sent him the open diff lsd not for VLSD type setups and hes looking to either sell the lsd or trade his vlsd for someones open diff with cash so he can install the lsd for him self....

you know what, im thinking of locking this thread. mrsidewayz, please reword your post. If you're not really selling the 2 way, this thread makes no sense and frankly its confusing and misleading. However, I'll give you a chance to respond. Hopefully, you can clear this up. Otherwise, its getting locked.

it looks like hes either selling the LSD "OR" someone buy his VLSD for cash and a open diff so he can keep the lsd and install it....
cause that lsd wont work in a VSLD pumpkin

I have an open diff with a J30 rear cover (all you need to do is swap your rear cover on). I might be interested in working something out.

Take this for what it is worth but it is probably your easiest option.

Pull your VLSD out of the housing and sell it on ebay (vlsd pumpkin+vlsd output shafts). Then get some open diff output shafts and have your Nismo assembled with your VLSD housing, old ring gear, open diff shafts. This way you also get to keep the VLSD rear cover which has more cooling fins than the open diff and supposedly holds .3L more fluid.

Good luck. I got my Nismo 2way back from the shop today with my 4.363 gears.

Open diff pumps are way cheap, just pick one up and sell your VLSD afterwards. I just don't know about the drive shaft, there should be a 3/4" gap if you have ABS. I'd think open diff + $200 trade for your vlsd is fair unless you plan on swapping the parts in for them.
