talk to the guys at www.projectnissan.com They have intercooler pipe parts, and I'm pretty sure if you give them the dimensions they could probably tell you what to pick out. Haven't ever dealt with them on this issue because i'm getting a trust intercooler, but they have been very polite to me so far. reason enough to pass them on.... and 800 is a rip. could prolly make one for around 400.

I just got done dealing with the same thing with my s14 w s13motor. I bought may hotpipe with a bov flange from enjuku racing. You still need to do something about the bottom portion though. I had a shop use 2.5" piping on the bottom of the hotpipe side with mandrel bends. Make sure you specify that you want mandrel bends. The cold pipe side is a bit of a pain because nobody seams to sell them seperately, as rediculous as it sounds, and the diameter is like 2.75" or something and no body seems to sell mandrel bent peices it. I tried to find one on ebay and didn't have any luck, so I'm ordering a bunch of 3" bends and having a mufler shop make the pipe. Xat racing told me that with an aftermarket bov you don't need to put the extra hose into the outlet on the cold pipe, since most shops would probobly have trouble with this, but you should probobly double check. If you find any more info let me know because I haven't made my coldpipe yet. It's a lot more trouble than it would seem.
