Misfiring or idle problem

Running a s14 sr20det with simple bolt-ons, fmic, exhaust and t28 bb turbo. Been driving the car for over a year on this setup and out of no where at a red light it started acting funny. it will drop back and forth between 900-950 rpms fast but feels like a misfire and about to stall but doesnt drop past 900. Only on idle. it drives great and boost with no problem. I swapped out the spark plugs with the same ones i had which are bkr6e copper gapped at .28 which is what i ran before as well as swapping into a z32 fuel filter and 255 fuel pump. When i did all that it ran perfect until 4 days later which is now and cant seem to find the culprit. took out the coil packs to see the spark plugs and are a little black and cleaned them but nothing. not sure what it could be...

Yea i ran both and never had a problem. im guessing its my coilpack i havent really had a chance to pay to much attention to it. My misfire is also very small nothing crazy but still gets to me..
