Alright Zilvia gurus...

In the interim I need to swap in a used motor (my head gasket is leaking), while my N/A motor is being built. I know that the early ka24e 89's had the high compression motor without the air temp sensor mounted on the airbox.

The motor I plan on swapping in is from a 90', so it will have the air temp sensor. What do I do about this? Can I remove the sensor? My 89' ecu will not have a wire for it, so I assume it will be okay.

Thanks,
