I would like to get an air/fuel ratio guage. I don't run nitrous or boost, but I would like to keep an eye on it, seeing how my car is kind of old. Does that make any sense?
Anywas, where can I get one?
How hard are they to install? Do they come with the senders?

They have air/fuel meter further down on the list of products.  I don't know about installing one, but I am sure they will be happy to help with your questions.

Auto Meter makes good cheap ones

easiest way to mount em is an a-pillar pod
