Help: How to install ES poly bushings in the front control arms.

As the title states, Im in need of some help on hot to install Polyurathane bushings into my front control arms. I ended up buying the hyperflex kit for the S13 and all the rest of the bushings went in without to much trouble, but the control arms are not wanting to come out. Is there a special technique thats used for these? I have a freind doing most of the work who has put the whiteline ones in before and he said that there completely different from the ES ones. From what it sounds like he was telling me all the ruber bushings needs to come out and its not burning out. Anyone have any suggestions?
