Doesn't count. It's not actual calories. 154 Tablespoons of oil DID NOT go into that sandwich. Maybe 20 Tbs, thereby reducing the calories by at least 10000. Very little fat (relatively) stays on properly fried food. Same with butter.. at least half of those calories don't count either.
Calling it a 19,000 calorie sandwich is something I would allow to pass. 30,000 - No.

i would eat that. it didnt look too bad...but while im eating it i would feel my heart slow down and my veins close up on me...and im sure i would have major gas after eating it
