Auto -> Manual swap - Not what you think

Okay, last night I was really bored and decided to see how thorough Zilvia has covered the swap in the past. 15 pages of search material later (yes I read them all!!) I found some stuff lacking. My issue was also not answered in the FAQ post here or on any of the other forum sites. So here it is.

First, what happens to the shift lock setup on your auto car? Can you completely remove the cable and all plugs ect.? I know someone knows this cause you have to do something with it right?

Second, Let's say you wanted to completely remove your auto tranny wiring harness and install a manual one. Well in the FSM it has E16 (auto) and E17 (manual) on the engine harness side, well if your take the manual harness and try to plug E201 in to where E203 goes they won't fit, 3 prongs vs. 2 prongs. So what splicing do you do?

Third, If you decide to use your auto wiring harness what do you do with the harness that connects to E12, E13, E14, E15? Can you completely remove it? If you keep it then what do you do on the tranny end of these connections? I know you leave E13 intact but E15 is no longer needed because these are the looped wires for start up. So that leave E12 and E14. Are these just going to remain intact and do nothing?

And finally, the main harness. AT models have connectors M21, M28, and M75. Now M21 is to the AT control unit which gets unplugged and I assume left up in there, tied off? M28 is one I'm lost on. Should you leave it plugged in or not? And M75 I'm assuming you unplug and tuck away cause the shiftlock is no longer used. Can you simply cut this one off to keep it clean under there? I just hate thing rattling or loose wires that I keep kicking.

Any clarification would help, thanks in advance.
