Ok, here is the deal. Tomorrow evening my dad is leaving for Japan for a couple days. He prolly won't be able to carry anything large back. My question is, what are some 240sx parts that are worth bringing in from Japan (Meaning parts that aren't sold in the US or that are rare)?

Please post some opinions.

PS: I'm trying to do the research myself, but cant find anything worthwhile... Hrm... if you think of something very important that can be brought from there for cheaper but is big (requires shipping) post it as well. Thanx. My car is 97 240sx SE

just remember that a lot of the stuff we see here in the states may very well be made in japan so it might be cheaper over there. for example, a lot of the nismo stuff that is being sold here isn't "as expensive" over there. n if he can carry something back on a plane that'll save some $. also, just think if there's something on a japanese spec s14 silvia that you might want such as one of their stock spoilers or front bumpers or their sr20det <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='

I've heard electronics, i.e. profec b, s-afc, avc-r are mad cheap over there, especially if you find them used...

Kre.  I'd go for something small and in demand.  One of the most popular J-spec things I've seen on ebay were Nismo key blanks.  Even I'd kill for one, but wouldn't pay the $60-70 they sell for on Ebay.  Get some for like 1/2 that, and sell some at a deal on here, then auction the rest off and make some cash.

Those. On the Nismo.com site, hey are 5k yen... and I dont have enough time to do the converion. Get those. They are hot!
