Turbo Pocketbike

Some friends and I are interesting in building a turbo pocketbike, the only problem is actually finding a turbo that is small enough to fit on a 110cc motor and one that will spool. Can you guys help point me in a direction.

if i'm not mistaken.. the mazda mx-6 (not sure what year.. guessing from the 80's) came with a turbo so small that it had no need for an intercooler.. when i saw it, it was about the size of tangerine!

110cc 4 stroke engine right?
Garrett GT12 or TD02: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...PcY_BIN_Stores

Still not sure how a 1 cyclinder engine would spool that turbo. You would also need oil feeding the turbo.

Yeah its a 110cc 4 stroke single cylinder engine. Either way is goes it will be built to the fullest extent and juice will be going on the bike also, we just wanted to do something different the only turbo we found cost like $1400, so we are just looking around for other alternatives, if we can't find another then we will just have to build it and go with the juice.

I've seen Briggs & Stratton supercharger kits before. But this is the best yet.....Fill this up with 6 canisters of N20.
If you're wondering what it is, its a whip cream maker, like the ones they got at starbucks.

Run small diameter abs tubing to the carb, richen the fuel mixture and spray away. You will notice more power. Im not kidding, we did this on a 4 stroke 4hp briggs scooter about 4 years back. Total cost, about $60 and many cases of Whipit's.

Those mini bikes are dangerous. I hit 12-15mph on one and came close to busting my ass. The steering is sensetive as crap and the front wheel started to wobble left and right. Im no pro tho, Ive ridden one for 45sec-1.5mins. You want to add a turbo? You are nuts. If you drive that thing over 40mph, you are nuts.

After thinking about it. i think the 110cc will spool the turbo, just at higher RPM.
The bike is chain driven, so you can fab up a small oil pump which will be linked to the chain from the engine to the wheels. That will flow oil to the turbo. make a custom manifold, leave wastegate vaccum valve open, no need for intake (well maybe..), open exhaust pipe, run the charge pipe straight to the carb. It's carb, so you need to figure out how to richen up the fuel. That's pretty much it.

A friend of mine has turboed plenty of carbed bikes n 4wheeler's. He pressurizes the fuel tank for the fuel issue.

the mitsubishi galant vr-4 has a very small turbo. You could prolly find one in a j/y somewhere for like 50 bucks.

??? my bro had a vr4 rs front clip in base usdm galant, came stock with a big ass turbo. 510cc injectors, front mount. spun the (front wheels) till 3rd gear. his base line dyno was 241whp. rated at 280 crank. He drove it for 2000miles, and went through 3 trannys, what can you expect from a dsm. anyways, the moral of the story is the galant vr4 turbo is not small wether its a rs 4g or a normal usdm one.

Hey drift girl what turbo is that? Anyways I have seen a turbo that was on a bar stool but it was like $1400. We are going to stretch the bike out and put a steering damper on it. The bike isn't one of those tiny pocketbikes by the ways it has some size on it. We are hoping if we can get it geared right and stuff it will run like low 9's to high 8's in the eighth.
