I just found out that my 91 non-hicas 240sx has a 14mm sway bar, compared to my 90 non-hicas 240sx that has a 16mm sway bar. Is this right?

Should be larger on the HICAS, but either way it's a big, hollow turd with bushings that are a stout as warm butter.
