Preventing Tail Light Fade

I have S14 kouki tail lights and I noticed a lot of the ones I see are faded. Any suggestions on how can I prevent mine from fading other than covering the car?

Wax them from time to time, just like the car. You can also use products like Novus which renews the plastic.

Or Meguiars Clear Plastic Cleaner, followed up with the Plastic Polish. Too bad I don't have before and after pics, but a friend with a Hachi cleaned his up and he couldn't help but get really giddy.

The blinker amber portion changed from a chalky orange to an exact brand new look. It just took about 3-5 full minutes on each side. Good luck.
