Tried to get an answer searching but couldnt find an answer.
My car, 1995 UK spec s14 sr20det, came with an AT and I
am converting to MT. Are the trannies the same?

the trannies are indeed the same. there may be one or two external sensor differences but the actual transmission itself and the case is the same.
