Installing SPL tie rod ends....

Am i missing something? the lower bolt doesnt want to thread on without some serious force. Damn i wish these things came with directions, that would make me feel a lot better. Any help on the install from anyone, or someones install pics would be great.

its a metal locking/anti-vibration nut. easiest way to put it on would be to use an impact. they have directions on the site. http://splparts.com/doc/SPLTieRodEnd/default.htm

hmm, I wonder how these compare to tein tie rods. I was waiting for spl tie rods since december, and they kept saying they were going to come out soon. But it was in June, and I needed new tie rods, so I just got tein. lo and behold, spl parts come out with their new and improved tie rod

if you're talking about the ends, tein uses a bushing whereas spl is adjustable pillowball.
