95-96 Z32tt Injectors

Well I got some injectors from a 95-96 twin turbo Z. The connector is different from the stock 240 ones. I checked and the z32 ones are high impedance. I can get a hold of the right injector plug from my work. I just want to know if there is anything different about the 95-96 tt injectors, compared to the 90-94tt injectors, besides the plugs.

Thanks

You got injectors from a '90-94 Z. '95-'96 are the ones that are a direct swap for us.
Other than plugs.. they're fine. However, I do have a set of connectors for those injectors. PM me if you want them.

Oh ok. Well someone else told me they were 95-96, but i guess they are the earlier model ones. Thanks for the offer, but i can get them for like $3 each.

Hahaha, I had the exact same problem. Do this, pop out the orange rubber insulator and they'll fit. The pintle design is different between the years. 95-96 have 4 holes in the end of the injector. I tried the earlier models but it didnt diperse well and pooled in the intake. It was either that or all 4 were bad.

90-94 TT injector are square connectors and are often troublesome when it comes to reliability, later model ones are oval looking connectors that sorta resembles a 9005 headlight connector and have larger inj seats, they flow and atomize fuel better and are far more reliable.

Really? That sucks! Makes me want to sell these and get some 95-96 ones =\ Are the 95-96 ones suppose to be the solution to the Z32 injector problems?
