engine keeps stalling

ok so recently i just got my blacktop sr20 installed. and my bov, and intake hadnt come in yet, so when i drove it, it would stall. so i was thinking the bov and intake would make it better, but after i installed it, my car still stalls sometimes. i took it back to the place who did my swap and they changed the timing, raised my idle, check all the spark plugs and everything. i was wondering what i can do to make it stop stalling. could it be that my fuel filter isn't giving enough to the engine? should i replace the fuel filter, and would getting the 300zx TT fuel filter be better than the stock one?

thanks
