With my mad tizzite 1337 haxorz skillz I went to http://ecarver2.tripod.com/Nissans/ and found these two that had the same name and hosted them for you:

That's Garden Edging from your local Home Despot. Edit, poorly installed aftermarket lip.

Looks like 17" FN01RC's for the rims.

Yes they are 17's.
Yes it's a Xenon lip and the odds of you finding one are 1 in a million. Stopped making them years ago.

I thought they still did. Part #5251 for the '89-'90 and #5351 for the '91-'93 Air Dam.

That's not the same lip. (or are they different for pignose??) Look at the 2 lips, notice the one in that link is much larger and mounts very high up on the bumper.
Kooks' lip was made by Xenon for Nissan Motorsports and sold through Nissan, I thought it was an exclusive thing.

That'd be cool if they really do sell the non-pignose lip, it looks really good.
