SR20DET Ecu problem

I am just finishing up my swap and I think that the ECU is bad. My #1 injector is open ALL THE TIME. It is dumping rediculous amounts of fuel into the cylender. If i try to start the car it will crank over a few times and then jolt to a stop. When i Pull out the spark plug from the number 1 cylender it is saturated with fuel and if i look into the cylender i can see a 1/2"-3/4" layer of fuel on top of the piston. I bypassed all of the wiring in the harness by running wires outside of the car directly from the ECU to the injector and the problem is still there. The injector is getting 12.8 Volts ALL the TIME no matter what, key in or out, so as long as there is fuel pressure, the injector is dumping fuel. The only thing i can think of is that there is a short in the ECU on the number one injector and i was wondering if there is anyone who can fix it or anyone who is selling an ECU for the motor. It's the #62 ecu (91-93 red top s13/180sx) any help would be awesome, thanks.

try swapping the injector into one of the other positions. i've had issues w. injectors going bad after cleaning where they stay open. if the problem persists in the #1 cylinder... yes, you have either wiring or ECU issues. if the problem is in the cylinder w. the injector that had the issue... it's the injector. simple as that.
