well it is around 11 pm and i was on my way home with friends.. i was doing ~65 in a 50 zone on the highway going straight ... everything is good until some a$$hole try to cut infront of me and then ram into my car... i try to stop as fast as i can but it is already too late.. we hit already.. then i completely stoped and try to solve the problem... but that mofo didn't stop.. (s)he just hit and run... i can't remember the type of car.. color of the car and the plate... i just hate that there are so many crazy driver out there that doesn't know how to drive. now my passenger door is f'ed and can't be open... the rear mirror is broken... and so does the fender.. i 'm so pissed now <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sneaky.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='

You do have insurance right? They will cover it all if you do... At least, they should.

Stupid question, but why didn't you chase them?  It sounds like your car is still driveable.

God forbid, if anyone ever hits my car and doesn't completely total it, then tries to run, I will chase them down.  When I get out I will beat that ass, then call the cops.  Then beat their ass some more.

You didn't give us any info on your insurance situation though, do you have full coverage or just liability?  Unfortunately because they ran and you have none of their info, the cops won't do shit (being completely fucking worthless and all) and you will probably take the hit on your insurance as a comprehensive claim.

I know this because some chick hit my gfs car in the parking lot and left, then was dumb enough to park in the same spot later that night.  I matched her paint and damage to the paint and damage on my gf's car, then called the cops.  The car left in the meantime and the cops go "Uh, well if the car comes back let us know..even though I had make, model, color, plates and VIN.  So, when the car came back, I called the phone number in the for sale sign on the car and met up with the owner.  I made him pay us under the table; it sounded like he didn't have any insurance to me.

On the flip-side I had a friend who hit a parked car and didn't stop...the guy heard the noise jumped in his ride and tracked him down

Needless to say my friend got his ass beat

i know you probally don't want to hear this I just thought it was ironic

well i didn't know that the other car's drive is such ass and decide to do hit and run... i have completely stop my car and try to solve the problem.. where the other driver didn't stop and keep on going... that dude is going pretty fast.. 70 at least... and it was kinda dark and after i stop i can't see him anymore, so you know....
