I know it's rice... so no need to have an open discussion about that. But a lotta guys have the 180SX center garnish between the tail lights...

Anyway, I rarely see 180SX rear quarter glass on U.S. cars (prob because they're $$$ and it's a hassle to get installed). What do you guys think of these? They're stickers (bought from a guy on ebay who's got a lot of stuff like this). Unless you're standing really close to them, you can't even tell they're stickers.

A decent and cheap alternative?

So, what, they cover the 240sx? Then you put the sticker on top of the cover? I guess that's cool... Better than paying JDM bullshit pricing.

Yeah I've seen those before. It's a chrome sticker with a black backing.

Hm... I didn't take any pics before I put them on the car. But the guy had a bunch of good pictures in his auction. If you search for "180sx decal" on ebay, you should see it.

i got some from the same ebay guy and mine where cut rong and you could see almost all of the 2 and some of the x, worst $20 i ever spent...

I just want nothing on my windows or maybel how about somebody makes 240sr stickers so that way its atleast cool? I dont have a 180sx

haha, what did I say about this NOT turning into an open discussion about rice? It's like, why spend $450+ on some 180SX tail lights? It's not like it made your car more functional. I'm not saying you shouldn't have bought em, but you see my point. This was just something that I thought was neat and didn't cost me $450.

Anyway, mine were cut fine and went on nice and easy (and look nice IMO). If yours were cut wrong, I would have complained.

Nice alternative. Same guy should make "Sileighty" versions. It'd be nice if he could take requests and you could have him make you some completely custom. I'd like to get "260SX" or just a "6" piece (RB26 swapped).

I'll check out his eBay auctions, thanks for the heads-up, rice or not it's a nice idea.

because:

1- its a brand new part and i was restoring the whole car
2- they look better than the stock 240 tails

actually, i know that they have "sileighty" version before, but i dunno if they have it now... anyway, i also bought this before, cost me like $10 at that time, haha...

cause 180sx kouki tails make the car look a lot more modern as well as dope and they are a functional upgrade. Ever price out the cost of replacing stock tails from Nissan. They are damn near just as much as Kouki tails.
Nothing rice about them. Now changing stickers? thats a little different.

Hey hey hey... no need to defend the kouki tail lights. I think they look great. But my point was, they don't improve the performance of the vehicle and most people who get them didn't have any functionality problems with their stock tail lights. We do stuff like tail lights and stickers just to change up the appearance. And if people weren't enthusiastic about changing up their cars, forums like this wouldn't exist, right?

I have bought 3 orders of those stickers for freinds and they were cut prefect and looked good. They been on the cars for 6+ months and still look brand new.

.::SR20_240::. Are you sure you bought it from the same guy? When I got mine, there were a couple other guys selling em (shittier looking ones). Make sure they come from i_heart_oem. Mine were perfect and his feedback is flawless.

Yeah I really would like some but I should have not even said it here. It would have been a lot cooler if I had just gone and made a one off. Mind if I ask what company you would be going through to have those made? I might just have to give them a ring

1- Your car isn't a JDM 180SX, so technically it doesn't belong on your car.

I probably wouldn't buy those stickers, but then again, they look ok to me, and I'm not going to bash them as rice.
