Me headlights shoots kinda high

So, I don't know what I messed with, but my headlight's low beam shoot pretty high up, almost like it's on high beam. I know theres that screw up in front but I don't know what I did to it, I think I messed something up... Either that, or I'm just seeing things. It seems like everyone else's headlighhts shoot to the road in front of them, but my headlight shoots right in front of me not on the road, WTF!!! My eyes get tired from driving at night. Please help

adjust the screw right below your lamp, every turn will make it slowly point more downwards. i just had to do that today..

I have H4 housings, and the H4 logo is upside down, but the beam pattern is correct.

park the car in front of your garage or something flat at night, and start turning. my lights were high and i couldnt get them lower. i tried seeing if they were upside down but it didnt seem to make a difference. i figured out the metal piece that the adjusting screw goes through was bent, so the screw wasnt really doing anything. check that out if its not adjusting. if its bent, just straighten it out with pliers. if you look in there, you will see what im talking about.

After you start adjusting, here's a guideline on how to aim your headlights into the right position:
