Yeah so I'm heading to Dallas from Tulsa, OK to go visit my friend and go see Noise Ratchet play. There is a highway I have to turn off onto, but the street signs are really confusing. Usually when you have a sign over a single lane that means stay in this lane to go to this highway....well aparantly the government sort of ignored that one this time. I end up at the last moment turning sharp right to get off the highway. I was going probably about 75 when I started turning. I turned a little too sharp and my rear end got loose and I lost control sending my car flying at about a 45 degree angle. I eventually hit the curb of the off/on ramp and went into the grass.

I was happy I was ok but then I knew my car had to be totally screwed up. Thank God, surprisingly it wasn't seriously messed up at all. I probably hit the curb at about 45mph, so I figured it was going to be messed up everywhere. My left sideskirt (I have a 98) got scratched underneath, but you can only see the scratches if you look under it. Also I ended up denting in some chassis bar things that are underneath my car. I don't know exactly what they are called but they tend to bend very easily. My alignment is a little more off now, and I"m hoping I just need to get my car re-aligned. it would suck if I bent up some important suspension stuff. My steering wheel likes to shake a littel bit at about 60mph. I'm waiting on my shocks, going to put them and my prokit on, and then get my car re-aligned. Hopefully that fixes it.

Yeah. I'm OK. My car is pretty ok. Yay.

damn, thank god ur alright, the same thing happened to my friend.
He has a 95 neon that ended up on the grass, and the thing was, he just turned into the middle lane (from the the right lane) and some idiot in an explorer was in the right lane and didnt bother to look at the middle lane and just went to turn into it and my friend had to swerve to the right as fast as he could but ended up loosing control and hitting the curb and then ending up in the grass. Damage ended up being a F'ed up rim and I suppose he messed up the alignment.
Well, anyway, I guess when u take it to get aligned they will tell u if anythign that has to do with ur sus. is messed up.

baah... been sideways in the old S13 at like 90mph due to a Saturn attempting to merge into me.

been sideways in the S14 at around 50mph coming around an on-ramp in slippery conditions with tires that wouldn't be adviseable to use in the rain at all.

both cases, didn't hit anything

I know the feeling...I went sideways at 70 in my 93 Grand Prix. On a dry road Luckily it was a wide three lane road and nobody else was around. I corrected it by simply turning the wheel back the way i was going and let off any pedal i was on. After I corrected I was still going 65... Now I'm just a little more careful about how much I turn the wheel in a high speed turn

The s13 is a drift pig and the ass end will come out whenever you ask and sometimes when you don't. Its all good just take her to an open parking lot and drift the fuck out of her and get used to the way she feels under different loads and speeds w/ different imputs. You will learn a lot about your car from just one session

I was coming down a dubble lane bridge and at the end it has a sharp curve that I normally take around 40-50. Well that day it was raining and my ass end came out like I was trying out for a part in initial d. Since I didnt do it on purpose I was excited I didnt cause an accident or hurt my car. Probably the only scary thing was the on coming traffic drivers looking at me and seeing a big smirk......... I could have cause a heart attack

I just had my rear end come from under me the other night. It just stopped raining and i went to gotaccross a bridge that was metal one of those grated bidges and i touched the gas to hard and i was only doing like 15-20 mph and i taped the brakie to stop spinning and going sideways and turned my wheel slightly and then my damn rear end flew around for no reason and slamed into the guard rail and screwed up my rear querter panel on the left side.
