I need pics from a JDM CA18DET intake plenum! Pics from a JDM CA18DET head (intake side) would also be great! ![]() I searched for it, but without success... It seems, that my engine is JDM not EDM... ![]() thank you very much Alex |

Yup, what WeldingHank said.
As I remember, 8 is better for low end and 4 is better for top end. I think 8 port is better cause ca18's are lacking on the low end.

Why? Better for low end sounds good!
When i chould remove the butterfly`s I would better go for a german haead and intake plenum... Not really expensive... |

i just removed the butterflies on mine, and i felt alot of extra power above 6600 rpm, whihc is high int he power band, but it was pretty cool actually. it owuld like kick in.
also the 4 port head flows better, but the jdm ecu is tuned better i beleive. also the rev limiter on dtm edm whatever is 7200? where jdm is 7700 |
