ok so today i finished installing eveyrhting on my motor. 555cc injectors, hks gt2530, enthalpy tuned ecu for my s13 blacktop. no when i wired the z32 maf, i used the phase2 harness, it has a long brown wire, im guessing for chassi ground? but enthalpy doesnt recommend using that. so i wire it up, but two of the wires had no color, so we went and did a continuity test from the harness plug inside the cabin. then when i went to start the car, the car just crank, but wont start. i dont hear the clicking noise the ecu usually makes to turn on the fuel pump. Then i smell a burning inside the ecu, im guessing its enthalpy's soldering .

So now, many of you will think that my ecu is fried, but nope! i tried my ecu on my friends s13 and it works perfectly. So now my question is, what can be wrong? why wont the car start? what caused it?
